Racial Innequalities(RACISM)...The Need To Stop.

In many times we do here of racial incidences in several countries, talk of the Americas, Asia, Europe and the rest. But must RACISM exist at all? Biblically we are made to understand that we are all formed out of one image according to ones likeness and so why then must racial differences grow among  the worlds populace. The major aim of every country is development and better/standard living for its citizens, but let us then ask ourselves how and when can the dream of development and better living be achieved when we live in a world of racism?. the funny aspect is that most times when we talk of racism we focus our concerns on colour but we forget that Religious Racism and Ethnical Racism also exist. These exist because for instance, a Muslim feels like apart from his fellow worshiper there is no point of agreeing to another religions view and so does the Christian, Buddhist, Hindus, Traditionalists and many more think. Taking a deep look into such situations we can all realize that these are also factors that hinders a country's development and/or even the worlds development as a whole.

WHY THE NEED TO END RACISM IN THE WORLD?
Since we know that racism hinders development and better living of citizens of a particular country or the world as a whole, we must therefore live together as one irrespective of our differences in religion, ethnicity or colour because two heads they say is better than one and a broom stuck together is always hard to disseminate but once separated, there is ease of dissemination. Starting from our localities, towns and cities, we can solve the issue of racism by understanding that each individuals views are important and worth taking, then we sit or make arrangements as to how to bring together each persons view and solve whichever situation the people wish to solve. Also at the work places, if issues of racism can be dealt with we must learn to respect each other duties in the work place as well as value them, when this happens we will realize that the work is being done with diligence and total submissiveness . And finally to the country, if issues of I am black, you are white, I am a Muslim ,you are a Christian and I am this-I am that can stop and we all come together as one, countries would have no problem with development lest have problems with the living of its citizens. One thing we fail to see is that, in countries or places where racism is amongst them most human lives are endangered and as a matter of fact stays at risk, especially in terms of security. Which is why if a country can develop then it need the people in it safe and sound irrespective of their colour, ethnic groups or religion and to do that it all calls for ONENESS. Let us again remember that each of these individual citizens or populace of the world have got a mindset of development and if they can be explored for the betterment of a country and the world at large then there is indeed the need to CALL OFF every racial behavior and give every individual, black or white, rich or poor, Christian or Muslim equal opportunities in living irrespective of the country they live in or come from.

NOBODY IS BORN RACIST, SOCIETY TEACHES IT....LIFE TOGETHER IS WORTH MORE THAN LIFE APART....RACISM MUST STOP!SAY NO TO RACISM!

The Global Economic Crisis

The economy of every country I would say is the backbone of development of that country. in recent issues popping up we've seen and heard about numerous crisis befallen several countries. It is also obvious that some of the crisis don't just affect developing countries but also affects already developed countries.
The question here is; is it that these countries lack income or could there be any other factors. Upon research indeed there are other factors leading to these crisis, some of which is mainly due to UNEMPLOYMENT. Most countries generate its income from the taxes collected from its citizens, but where will these taxes be generated from if there are no adequate jobs to employ people, particularly the youth. Every year about thousands and millions of students graduate out of the universities and colleges and yet majority of them roam and live unemployed. It is indeed sad that Government of these affected countries, particularly, refuses to see and tackle such issues and wait until it turns out to be uncontrollable.
Another factor is Lack of Motivation for Private Jobs or Individual Talents. In every country the bridge between government sectors and private sectors are somewhat wide that government shows less concern to the operations of these ventures or talents being it acceptable by the society or not. In most cases we realize that there are people living in some communities, cities and as a matter of fact countries with certain gifted talents which can promote the development of the country. Because such people lack the financial or legal support from the government they turn to either neglect their abilities or use what they produce themselves after which there are no intent of reproducing.
So many other factors constitute the global economic crisis, some of which are: Improper Education System, Corruption of Country leaders and to some extents its civilians, and others. This and many more issues creates the awareness to us that the world has got a whole lot of untied knots to tie else generations unborn will be left with no alternative than to face the then difficulties...............MY COUNTRY DESERVE BETTER, YOUR COUNTRY SO DOES, OUR WORLD DESERVE THE BEST.
